Your main responsibilities:
- Receiving repair requests from customers and working with them to find suitable solutions
- Monitoring the technical condition of customers’ vehicles, reporting faults, and recommending repairs
- Coordinating the technicians’ daily work to ensure efficient repair solutions and the availability of spare parts, supplies, and other materials
- Working closely with the company’s internal teams and external partners
- Organising the maintenance and repair of workshop equipment
You are the right person for us if you have:
- Experience in the maintenance and repair of heavy vehicles, such as trucks or buses
- Knowledge of the technologies used in modern buses
- Sufficient English skills to understand technical terminology
- Previous management or team leadership experience is an advantage
